At HeadsUp, we don't decide our participants' future plans. Others have controlled their narratives for too long. Instead, we empower young adults to cultivate self-reliance and autonomy in their lives. We practice self-advocacy as participants progress step by step. We practice new independent living skills and celebrate achievements as they transform small strides into significant milestones, ultimately discovering their own path to stability, authenticity, and independence.
